We typically respond to inquiries within one business day. For urgent matters related to scheduled walks, we aim to respond within four hours during business hours.
Our route library currently includes Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Ottawa, and Edmonton. New cities are added based on executive travel patterns and demand.
Standard delivery is within 48 hours of booking. For urgent decisions, we offer same-day route delivery for an additional fee.
Each route guide includes weather considerations and alternative timing. Some routes perform better in specific conditions, which we document clearly.
We stand behind our routes. If a route does not meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days and we will provide a replacement route or full refund.
