witty-threads provides curated walking route guides and related services designed to support contemplative decision-making for business professionals. Our services include route packages, guided walking sessions, and corporate programs as described on our website.
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
When you submit a reservation or purchase, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Upon purchase confirmation, we will deliver route materials within the timeframe specified for your selected service. Standard delivery is within 48 hours for most services. Guided walking sessions are subject to facilitator availability and will be scheduled in coordination with you.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.
If you are not satisfied with a route or service, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide either a replacement route at no additional cost or a full refund, at our discretion. Refunds for guided walking sessions must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, route guides, and software, is the property of witty-threads or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
When you purchase a route package, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the route materials for your own decision-making purposes. You may not share, resell, or redistribute route materials to others. Corporate packages include multi-user licenses as specified in your purchase agreement.

Walking involves inherent risks including but not limited to weather conditions, terrain hazards, and traffic. By using our route guides, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with walking outdoors. You are responsible for assessing conditions and making decisions appropriate for your own safety and physical abilities.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our routes will guarantee any particular decision outcome or that the service will meet your specific expectations. Walking routes are tools for reflection, not professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, witty-threads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless witty-threads, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through email notification. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario).
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
